PropIQ Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 9, 2026 | Last Updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Rocketfuel AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as PropIQ, with its principal place of business in Cincinnati, Ohio ("PropIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at trypropiq.ai, our property data and lead generation platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies both to users of our Services (such as real estate professionals who create accounts) and to individuals whose information appears in our data products (such as property owners and residents).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, brokerage or team affiliation, real estate license information, and password;
- Billing information: payment card or bank information, billing address, and transaction history (payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on PropIQ systems);
- Communications: messages, support requests, survey responses, and any other information you choose to provide;
- Content you submit: notes, tags, lists, contacts, and other content you upload or create within the platform.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, links clicked, referring URLs, session activity, and approximate location derived from IP address. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies, as described in Section 7.
1.3 Property and Consumer Data From Third-Party Sources
As a property data and lead generation company, we obtain information about properties and individuals from sources other than the individuals themselves, including:
- public records, such as county assessor, recorder, tax, deed, mortgage, lien, permit, and foreclosure records;
- licensed third-party data providers and aggregators, including providers of property, demographic, and contact information;
- publicly available sources, such as directories and websites.
This information may include property owner and resident names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, property characteristics, transaction and mortgage history, estimated values, and demographic or lifestyle attributes used to generate insights and lead scores.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including compiling, organizing, and enhancing property and contact data and generating analytics, insights, and lead scores;
- create and manage user accounts, process payments, and provide customer support;
- communicate with users about the Services, including service announcements, security alerts, and administrative messages;
- send marketing communications about our own products and services, which users may opt out of at any time;
- monitor, analyze, and improve usage, performance, and features of the Services, and develop new products;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our legal rights.
3. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- To our customers: we make property, homeowner, and contact information available to our customers — licensed real estate professionals — for their marketing, prospecting, and business development purposes, subject to the use restrictions in our Terms of Service. Our customers independently determine how they use the information they receive and act as independent businesses, not as agents of PropIQ. Each customer is solely responsible for its own use of the information and for compliance with the laws applicable to its activities, including telemarketing and email marketing laws, and PropIQ is not responsible for customers’ subsequent use of information;
- Service providers: we share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and email delivery, under contracts that restrict their use of the information;
- Legal compliance and protection: we may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PropIQ, our users, or the public;
- Business transfers: we may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections;
- With your consent: we may disclose information with your direction or consent, such as when you connect a third-party CRM or other integration.
Certain disclosures of consumer data to our customers may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state privacy laws. Individuals may opt out as described in Section 9. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of individuals under 18 years of age. Notwithstanding anything else in this Section, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data collected through our messaging opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in Section 4 below.
4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by PropIQ are used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, via service providers acting solely on our behalf for message delivery.
Consent to receive text messages is collected only through an affirmative act, such as checking an unchecked consent box on our contact form at predicted.trypropiq.ai/contact. The form presents two separate consent checkboxes, one for transactional and informational messages and one for marketing and promotional messages. Both are unchecked by default, and neither is required to submit the form. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance or contact support@trypropiq.ai. Our full messaging terms are in Section 20 of our Terms of Service.
5. FCRA Notice
PropIQ is not a consumer reporting agency, and the information provided through the Services does not constitute a “consumer report” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The Services may not be used to determine any individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Account information is generally retained for the life of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter. Property and public-record data may be retained and refreshed on an ongoing basis as part of our data products. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention practices.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure and improve performance, and understand how the Services are used. We may use third-party analytics and advertising services that set their own cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality of the Services. Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
8. How We Protect Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for internal systems, network monitoring, and vendor security reviews, as further described in our Information Security Policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
9.1 Rights Under U.S. State Privacy Laws
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights under applicable state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and others):
- Right to know/access: to confirm whether we process your personal information and to access a copy of it;
- Right to correct: to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to delete: to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to opt out: to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Right to opt out of certain profiling: to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable;
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9.2 How to Exercise Your Rights
You may exercise these rights — including requesting removal of your information from our lead generation data products — by emailing support@trypropiq.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describing your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf where permitted by law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome as required by applicable law.
9.3 California Disclosures
For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, in the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, address, email, phone number); customer records information; commercial information (such as property transaction history); internet or network activity; geolocation data (approximate); professional information (such as license and brokerage details for users); and inferences (such as lead scores and propensity indicators). We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 1, use them for the purposes described in Section 2, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 3. California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information by emailing support@trypropiq.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under the CPRA.
9.4 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails from PropIQ by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting support@trypropiq.ai. You will continue to receive transactional and account-related messages.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the Services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact support@trypropiq.ai and we will delete it.
11. Users Outside the United States
The Services are operated from and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on our website, update the “Last Updated” date, and, where appropriate, provide additional notice such as email notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the changes.
